Little History on Sherry "wall st vet" Griswood
Anyone ever check out TapImmune? and Sherry Grisewoods history?
ONCX could be headed down the same path and Sherry might have a history of the Rinse and Repeat R/S diluted scams?
She was appointed to TapImmune in 2013 and within a year TapImmune did a R/S? The R/S took the company from pennies to almost $6
But then after the R/S the company flopped and shareholders lost additional funds when TPIV sank from 6 back to a dollar?
To make matter worse TPIV did another R/S split in late 2016 taking the price from $1 to $7 then in same fashion the company sank the price back down to a dollar?
So TPIV uplists with a R/S to almost $8 then sinks it back down?
TPIV might have given ONCX with a person who knows how to R/S a stock but not produce a product?
Years in clinical trials without results?
R/S?
A/S Increases?
Debt?
Toxic Finance?
Sound familiar? Oncolix has made there Intentions crystal clear on what they plan to do with ONCX but I wasn't certain of how they were going to get there until Sherry came aboard?
R/S your way to huge funding all the way to Nasdaq, Only problem is how many R/S and how many shares will shareholders have left?
If a shareholder had 100,000 shares of ONXC and they R/S 100 to 1 a shareholder would be left with 1000 shares, If they needed a second R/S at a rate of 10 to 1 a shareholder would be left with 100 shares?
See how this works, It's as clear as the filings and Sherry is the key piece to get it done?
