Umm yes, I know the risk. I read all info that is public and filed by CWEB
I have never stated that CWEB market cap is $200mln because it is not. 75M shares are issued to the insiders and converted into 800k for the reasons you posted earlier. 17M was sold at IPO and that's the float.. so actual OS is more 93M.
I wouldn't count 13M of options/warrants into current OS though.

Personally I'm heavily EQUALY invested in both CVSI and CWEB..
They both have their advantages and disadvantages.. they are both good buys and holds because both are the leaders and they will continue to do so.
