LIbE never officially closed on Peppermint Jim's per the 8k requirements just like none of the other co's did.

So all the shareholders who bought on empty promises and or lies should be happy at .0003? Ok lol don't think they agree.

I'm sure they would be happier at .01 with lots of debt and not from an RS lol.
