Thanks falconer:

Until formal results of a positive nature appear, nothing good can be presumed for Anavex 2-73. In fact, even with such results, all of the usual voices will call for “more accurate, confirming trials.”

Will be interesting to see how early, positive results leaking from of any of the three Anavex 2-73 trials play out when reported in the general media

My understanding is the AD end point metrics/criteria for pass/fail are ambiguous and subjective, depending heavily on the judgement of the trial practitioner. If all that is true and if RWE-RWD along w/supporting evidence from caregivers and patients (musicians/painters/golfers/etc.) determine the patient is no longer cognitively deficient, then what happens?

Since no one has ever walked away from an AD-full blown dementia diagnosis we better be ready for the various levels/stages of recovery which seem obviously a possibility. Then what? Just what do we have to do to empty out the AD patient warehouses? I am beginning to think no one has a clue. Is there a 12 step recovery program for AD patients?

What if AVXL-CTAD produces some of those types?
