very_tired15: When this is all said and done, I would not be too surprised that the most recent delay was caused because the bigwigs in this deal found out another corporation or bank that needed baling out and the interest on our money was just too great a temptation to pass up. Please do not look upon this act as losing faith in the stock, it is just a necessity. I have sold many dinar already and if this deal does not happen soon, I may have to return to work. However, at this moment, I got stuck with unexpectred expenses and need to move them. Thanks.

very_tired15: AH just sent a general update to the plaintiffs. Basically, he said that progress was made and he still feels strongly about voctory soon to be at hand.. maybe that was Bob's basis for what he said

Hodges made a statement, he only sold a few thousand to a few friends....what happened then, to 350 million shares of the 370 million Al wrote his plaintiff saltydog, Patrick Cluney he owned? On a paltalk mp3. When Cluney, Treffry and Hamilton dropped out of Al's lawsuit for not showing them any "proof" of anything beng true. Al's admission of what he still owned when questioned about his non appearance for the grand jury. Would be his Marco cert in SEC exhibits. Al also wrote he doesn't lie or fabricate...just how bad is it, when you have to lie about not lying?

Here is what Treffry wrote about Al to Bob H. It should be noted that Treffry recanted the $10,000 he paid to Hodges and admitted it was $20,000 because he did "not want to embarrass the man"

Bob, specifically what have I said that is false? It is clear as crystal that when I signed onto the lawsuit, you, Sheila and Reese had already made an undisclosed arrangement with AH long before. Salty, Reynolds, Dave and I were not made privy to that understanding. Hence, I was deceived into being a plaintiff and had I known the truth about this lawsuit, I would have NEVER signed on.

You see Bob, I am here now and there is nothing I can do about it. But I did not sign up for this deceit when I purchased the stock nor when I paid $10,000 to be a plaintiff.

The reason why you have not spoken one word in objection to anything that has happened - not even raising one word in frustration (neither Sheila or Reese - funny, Salty, Dave, Nelson and I have repeatedly) - is that you are clearly an insider to some undisclosed arrangement with AH. I would have never signed up to be played as a pawn and lied to, never given away $10,000 - end of story. Being deceived into paying money is fraud Bob, in case you did not know.

Answer me Bob, is it unreasonable to want people to speak the truth when talking to you? It is unfair of me to want honor among men and especially among co-plaintiffs and their attorney, someone to whom a legal duty demands it?

Either the lawsuit was real and you people were risking totally screwing up the case (and I have been justified in demanding you all be silent) or else the lawsuit was a fake and I was deceived into being a plaintiff (and in such a case, I am totally justified in complaining about being misled). Al did admit not too long ago, he never held any documentation, he was told things....The whole thing is horrendous.
