Again, why do people continue to blame the FDA? The FDA is a government organization, and yes, they are slow and deliberate. But, of course, as they should be, considering the tremendous responsibility they have by performing medical approvals. On the other hand, the culprit is right there in front of you. Yeah! It's BIEL!! They are the ones who are manipulating the PPS, for the most part. Someone please give me a plausible reason why it was necessary for BIEL to make the decision to smother their deal with CVS. They made this significant development a none event. That's a fact! That's a "Tell", full stop! For whatever reason, they are determined to keep the PPS in a ditch. Come on, let's smart'n up! Let's address the claim that the FDA is the puppet master of BIEL's throes. Now imagine, if it's found that the FDA is playing favorites with approvals, especially with foreign businesses in the mix, and the American public is denied access to affective medical treatment, as a result. Can anyone imagine the firestorm that would cause? The FDA's top-rung officials would be out on their ears, yesterday! Let alone the amount of embarrassment it would cause the government, as a whole. Nah! I think deep down we all know where the blain lies, in regards to BIEL's present business position.
