So all this talk about Material news, and what can be with held and what cannot via the SEC.

Does the ZOO news qualify as material..could they have with held that!

I am sure the SEC would not spank FUSZ for holding off on the Zoo news.

However, FUSZ must be desperate to release anything at this point!


Or, was it a case that the Zoo news had to be released via SEC. Where do we draw the line in the SEC Sand!.
