Mphase needs to file by Monday or face fines and other problems. Since they have kept up to date through all this so far, I expect Monday will be the last 10k under this ticker. Hopefully we will get a press release stating that the merger has taken place or at least a date attached to the merger.

I will say that I am very disappointed that the company has not kept it's long term investors apprised of the situation.
