Your use of confirm is more standard for science than the presentation title’s use of the word. The same cohort used to generate a hypothesis can not be used to confirm that same hypothesis. The theee year data supports and possibly strengthens the hypothesis but does not confirm it. I don’t think Anavex earns any brownie points at a scientific Congress when they misuse words with specific meanings.
