So as we have discussed many times over the years, LTI's will have to be issued IF IF IF the PEIRs are made whole!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because and again, even if there is only $10 or 100 mill or billions, LTI's must be issued to be able to pay those entitled to receive those payments CORRECT And or any money that is left correct.

So what then was all of this talk about no LTI's ever being issued?

Wonder what else may have been MISCONSTRUED here as well?
