All Suspensions and all Revocations occur at 9:30 A.M. E.S.T. So, since SPCL's stock registration was not revoked this morning at 9:30 A.M. flaflyersfan was correct that it won't happen today.

Notwithstanding, one day SPCL's stock registration(s) will be revoked, based on the A.L.J. revoking 100% of all SEC Registered stocks that were suspended for delinquent Financials.
