Thanks for your insightful read of the tea leaves. My thinking is along the same lines as yours around partnership. I will admit my biases and projecting that I want such development(s) ASAP. My thinking is, w/o some kind of meaningful partnership time will be lost and more people will be lost who might have been treated. Some have suggested that w/o dramatic headlines any kind of substantial agreement (BIIB for example) would not be understood. That makes some sense. If AVXL present a powerful set of results then high stakes can be more justified. Maybe it is just that direct. It's the time lost that should motivate the principals IMO. There are many who post here (including myself) who have close family and friends w/some type of CNS disease who might benefit for rapid solutions here. Yes, it may be mostly about money but lost time should be at the top of the list. At some point, strategic silence is the opposite of what we all need.
