I doubt the profits that I lock in on VTGN will be meaningless my friend. Oh, that means that TAUG's profits will not be meaningless.

TAUG is transparent with its strategy to grow the balance sheet with investments in the short term. If that strategy works than TAUG will be in a position to leverage that into a much greater percentage ownership for shareholders in an M&A. makes sense to me.

But, my pessimistic friend, if you have a better strategy or M&A opportunity please share it so we can evaluate it,
