The opening of Snakes & Lattes Tempe is pivotal for the company as it marks the brand’s official penetration into the US market with a brick and mortar location on US soil. The company was fortunate to have secured prime real estate for the venue in the Mill Avenue District which is considered to be the hottest entertainment center in the entire state of Arizona. Tempe’s Mill Avenue is pedestrian friendly and has ample parking. The location is minutes away from Sky Harbor International Airport as well as Arizona State University, which has over 72,000 annual enrollees. In our estimation, there are well over 250,000 college students annually at campuses anywhere from walking distance to a 20-minute drive from the Snakes & Lattes Tempe location.

Upgrades and renovation are nearing completion as the crews are putting on the ‘finishing touches’ which includes signage and other aesthetics. The new venue is fully staffed and is preparing the team for a smooth launch ensuring that everyone is prepared to deliver the quality of service, entertainment, and knowledge which Snakes & Lattes is known for.

Snakes & Lattes Inc Overview

The Snakes & Lattes Inc subsidiary continues to deliver value through all of its business divisions. The number of retail locations has now doubled since the acquisition. Now that Snakes & Lattes has overcome the obstacles required to break ground in the US, it paves the way for the multiple further locations which are currently in planning stages.
