yes. filing is important. this is standard compliance and should be expected to be achieved regardless of what else is going on even with the up list pending and all the trouble it has caused etc by taking so long.
there is no excuse to miss this filing extension date.

to deliver the audit then bungle a standard filing is the ultimate fail after everything that has happened this year with the stock...imo.
