What could possibly be the hold up now?

We waited for the filings. We waited for the company description to be changed. We waited for the attorney letter. We waited for the transfer agent. We waited for the name change reversal. We've seen the attorney letter(s) refiled. We've seen stop go to yield. We've now been waiting since July. Some of us have been waiting as long as 2011. What are waiting for now? How long can this thing drag out? The potential of GRPS resurrection into a promising business venture is an outstanding miracle, imo. But what is the problem here? Is this procrastination or are there some real issues unbeknownst to us?

Does anybody have any idea?
