It's the government, of course they can't show proof. They don't even know what's up or down.

I bet TREP CEO Norman Tipton (who is a lawyer) is laughing about this pathetic attempt by the IRS with his law buddies.

Image if the government comes to you and tells you that you owe them X amount of money from a few years ago. Normally people would not question the government and pay up because they don't have the means to fight.

However, let's say you want to fight them and request proof since you don't think you had done anything wrong.
What would you do if the government came back to you and told you, they have some proof, but not 100%.

Lol, if I have the money, I would tell them to go $&*% themselves. This is what TREP is doing.

They can't show them proof (I.e. all the documents that were requested)
