You ever notice how the good wines they protect with metal screw caps? The high priced garbage they stick cheap corks in.
Sweet corn. If you can find Illini Super Sweet, it's a large golden ear that is super sweet. It takes 92 days so it's not raised much but daym it's the best.
Start with cold water, add salt and sugar as boiling water takes the sweet out. Add the corn and when it comes back to boil, well, let it boil 5 minutes.
Personally I cut the cooked corn off the cob, then add the butter, salt and pepper.
