It's puzzling to everybody regarding what's going on with BIEL and the FDA. But what is for sure, IMO, BIEL is the source of much of this confusion. BIEL doesn't communicate to their shareholders and apparently, no one else outside of their inner sanctum. Case and point, why wouldn't they announce/publicize the deal with CVS? It's likely something shady is going on here, but what? Your guess is as good as mine!
