Yeah, smart money with deep pockets knows that right now there's still a chance they can get cheap shares filled so they're being patient. If they moved the bid up to .02 they'd probably start a move into the .02s so without any competing bids they're just being smart and keeping their bid just high enough to stay above the next highest bidder. It's a big ole stalemate but the bulls have way more reserves in the army so it won't even be a battle once it begins, but until those first few shots are fired we're stuck in the mud here.

With that being said, I still don't doubt that we're close. I don't know what sparks the action, maybe some longs start to get aggressive and hit the .02s for shares, maybe some catalyst hits or maybe the MMs start to move the spread up. Whatever it will be there's such a clean path on the ask side and so much accumulation that any day could be the day.
