I have a short but not selective memory. I truely respect your posts and opinions.
I do know that I don't recall any posts that the FDA requested more information however I do know that:

1. July 12, 2018 Traditional 510(k) Premarket Notification for ActiPatch®
2. September 11, 2018 - Radio interview stated no requests from FDA
3. October 10, 2018- 90 day mark if no information was request
4. ????? - True 90 day mark with additional information time added.

Perhaps the individual who obtained the information of additional request can also find out how long the company took to respond. It seams as though some here are readily able to obtain sensitive information.
