One great move that Taug made was kicking Bozo Berman of Decn out the door rejecting the merger offer

Mr. Berman left the BOD of TAUG on his own. He was not pushed out, he left because he did not believe that the CEO of TAUG paid attention to things like getting BOD approval for the millions and millions and tens of millions of shares issued. He also decided that his exposure was too great because TAUG's paid consultant was calling the shots (for personal gain) but TAUG had dropped its D&O insurance. His resignation letter remains posted on the DECN Web site. That letter doesn't at all read like the railings of TAUG's paid consultant. But it should be mentioned that Mr. Berman has been a TAUG foil for over two years.
