Sure sales numbers are poor, and apparently folks at BIEL don't care! Why would anyone expect product sales to be up if no one knows the product is being sold. There aren't any advertisement to speak of folks. If we ever get these BIEL guys in a corner, and are given the opportunity to lob questions in their direction, we must be prepared to ask the right questions.
