Reason 1 is extremely unlikely. This is not the first time CUIN2 has expressed frustration, albeit very mildly. See some previous posts, they are there although very sporadic of course. CUIN2 does not deserve this blame at all.

Reason 2. Doubt it. Very limited access to the actual initial headline. Even less access to the follow-up recommendation.

Reason 4 could be reasoanble.

Reason 5 is just an observation and emotion held by longs but would not necessarily manifest as a sell-off to .3950. I know because I am feeling it now but I have not sold today or yesterday.

Warrants exercised? Sure I guess. There some significant share dumps today. How do we really know? We know Rory exercised but he ain't selling. I have requested an updated share tally from LHA but have not received a response.
