Mauricio Inzunza investor service rep for Invictus phoned to state they have sent a request for information to the lawyers asking for what requirements ect. will be required and when, along whith other info, they are sounding very concerned at this point in time and are working to get factual answers to our concerns. Tomorrow or possible a couple of days. I will post all when I get it but I would also look on their websight as you may see it there as well that wasn't stated but seems a most likely scenario.
