Speculation goes both ways. Positive and negative. None of which you stated is reality simply possiblity of being reality.
Yet the assets and IP are a reality and are valuable and commanded a market cap far north of 150million just a few years ago. Nothing in the assets or IP has changed except we have MORE patents and MORE assets.
Anyone looking to buyout or partner with NPHC knows this. And the path back tp that market cap is simple.
1. Announce the end of dilution
2. Announce the funding to launch the companies various programs forward. From sales and production to FDA trials and R&D
Working out intricacies of these deals doesnt happen with snap of a finger. And thats the quiet period we are in.
The SEC lawsuit is directed at RIK and can be defended and settled in civil court. Its not rocket science. And NO it doesnt wipe out the value of the companies assets imo
