Assets at this point mean nothing if



- Rik does not come clean

- The company Debt may wipe out the entire assets clean and we will be left with nothing. It happens all the time. Creditors can do that of course. For all I know maybe that's what the $4 million is for...

- Assets without sound business plan are worthless and simply on the shelf. This certainly has been the case here for years. Rik has admitted that when he said he "messed up" in the passed dealing with "toxic financing" and now he say new "friendly financing"......
