I do appreciate the blog update. While it tells us nothing about what is going on it does give me a smidge of hope is that Hassett threw us a bone. Why do that if it has been determined the company will fail.

What it didn't tell us:
- It didn't tell us what is going on and why no trucks rolled off of production in the third quarter as it was previous claimed.
- It didn't say out right that the order with the Mexican customers was still in effective given what we perceive as a violation of the contract (they were given no deposit in 45 days as required, nor did they make what many of us thought was the deadline for delivery).

What it told us:
- The only thing it told us was the the price of any products sold to Mexican customers would not be negatively impacted by the new trade agreement in the short term.

We already knew that the new NAFTA wasn't very different from the old NAFTA so that the outcome of the trade agreement wouldn't negatively impact the order, but I hadn't chased down the specifics on the affect on generator costs. So that was appreciated.

Basically the order could of gone south and is no longer going to happen, but the original agreement is still an agreement, with the caveat that its conditions were not met so technically they can refer to it as they did.
