U.S. Gambling

So far there are 5 states that allow online bookmaking and gambling. It is anticipated that 30-35 more will legalize within 5 years. That is a lot of money on the table. I wonder how this affects Indian Casinos. Are they limited by state law or are they governed by federal law in this instance. I know that states can regulate them but I am not sure if they could stop them from having bookmaking parlors. So many opportunities.
