Personally I have received a hard copy of Investors Edge featuring Gene Simmons a couple weeks back with an expansive amount of information about the sector and Invictus.

As far as PODA is concerned, I am not %100 sure. Registered my vote for the upcoming shareholders meeting on Oct 3rd in favor of "FOR" all, submitted and received a confirmation email. From what my understanding is, the majority of shareholders vote must be in favor of the PODA stock option. It will likely take a bit of time for the investors to receive their shares as last I heard they (PODA) still need to be listed on a stock exchange.
