There is a very, very good possibility that UOIP will be delisted any day now and the company will be considered PRIVATE. If you make a trade during the transition you may not receive your shares. If and when UOIP goes private we the shareholders do not care because as long as you have shares of UOIP and ChanBond wins, we all win, "HANG IN THERE"!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent a lot of time on the status of UOIP and as per WC I have been right on. After speaking with WC and knowing his direction for UOIP I am satisfied. Now concentration should be on LAWSUITS. IMHO I think it will be another 12 months of litigation and/or TRIAL. Either way, as long as ChanBond wins, we win or vice versa. What is the consensus 90% win, currently??
