Dan also has been promising the Audit for over a year now.

How long does it take to complete a audit? If your financial house is in order and audit should take no longer than six weeks.

He has been promising the 2005 audit since June. By the time it's done at the end of the year (his newest promise). He will need to work on the 2006 Audit. He needs to be current to go to the OTCBB.
