Does anybody remember the first time information that PRRM/SMMW was going to acquire the skiershop? I thought it was like in 2004.

Does it really take over two years to close a deal? I wonder why Dan can not seem to get a simple deal done. I also wonder if that deal took so long if the other LOI's are going to take years also.
