And the last filings out of this POS for the quarter ending 9/30/16 show just $84 in cash and total assets, no revenue for 2 years prior to that, and significant debt and liabilities, with negative shareholders' deficit of ($1,097,000).

This clearly has all the appearances and characteristics of being nothing but a delinquent, dormant, worthless shell that is frequently being used as a vehicle to execute front-loaded and BS hyped pump and run/dumps designed to dupe unsuspecting traders and investors into buying up worthless shares, IMO.
