SHRK now has until October 9th to respond to the SEC suspension. NO response and or no SEC financials will result in SHRK being revoked.

NUGN:

buyer beware, check filings. nugn has MILLIONS of debt owed in convertible notes. MILLIONS. haven't filed in nearly 2 years. company is broke!

ZNRG:
Inexplicably moved up slightly today, though board has been dead since July.



RMHB:

Until a judge decides the fate of this company it isn't going to do anything but flounder. That decision could be months away.

Just a note, bankruptcy is out of the question as everybody looses. its all guess work and we have to wait for the answers. I can tell you the company did some illegal manipulations to get where they are today and I am sure Jerry will bring that to the attention of the court.
