Vegas Party Update 10/8/18

All,
I've been working behind the scenes with Chris2125 on getting room reservations through his contact at the Palazzo/Venetian. Luxury Suites are $109 + $45/night Resort fee plus tax. Bella Suites are $139 + $45/night Resort fee plus tax.

Instructions for Booking Rooms:

Chris's contact's name is Chad Kretchek. He works directly for the Palazzo/Ventian. You can choose to stay at either of these hotels. But he has been booking most people at the Palazzo. Chad's phone number is 866-598-5436. Everyone needs to call Chad and give him the Grazie ID #2434561. This will let him know that you are with the Amarin Group. This way everyone can make their own reservations according to their schedule. If you are not familiar with the hotels you can look them up Venetian.com and Palazzo.com and see where you'd like to stay. If you choose to stay Monday night (holiday) you may not get the special rate because this is a holiday. Please let him know how many people are coming with you...or look at the email you sent me, and make sure you let me know how many. This info is for head count for the dinner arrangements.

After check-in, you need to go to the Grazie desk and sign up for a player's card (Grazie card). This is how we are getting the discounted rate. Ask Chad when you book to see how this works.

Private Dinner:

The dinner will be on Sunday, the 20th of January 2019. This seems to be the best date for most everyone...because some will be traveling on Saturday. Once we have a head count, we will let you know more details about the dinner. We're hoping this will be an easy process also. Private room with a full menu. But like I said, we'll know more when we get a head count.

Make your room reservations as soon as you can. First come first serve!! When discounted rooms are gone, you will have to pay regular rates.

Last thing:

Because of lack of interest, I'm not going to try and set up the Charity Golf Tourney. I'll try and set one up, in the late Spring, here in Grand Junction, Colorado. I will let everyone know when/if that is going to happen. With plenty of time to come if you're interested. Hopefully we are all a lot richer by then. Last, last thing:

If you are planning on going, and are staying in a Hotel other than the Palazzo/Venetian, send me an email with you real name, iHub/StockTwits name, and how many will attend the dinner. We need as close of a headcount as we can get.

I'm sure there will be a deadline for signing up for the dinner...but as of now...there is none. Could change quickly...
