IMO you are wrong...and based on fact and not some cult...

I have posted this several times in the past, but for you I will repeat it..

Amarin will not disappear because they lose the IP protection...Vascepa is not a good target drug for generics. Generics are singular in their strategy which relies on cutting profit margins...The obvious way of defeating that strategy is simply to cut the profit margins down to the point competitors can not compete..A drug with a potential market of over 100 million patients can and will easily adopt that strategy...

Amarin is going to be more like a beverage company than a typical biotech..think CoCa Cola or Pepsi..Amarin will retain its trademarks and its trade secrets...That do not disappear the way patents do....

Amarin having only a two to three year window where competitors are held at bay will be able to tie up suppliers..and if necessary simply buy competitors...And even if a competitor or two does does survive..well there is room on the planet for both Coke and Pepsi...

Please feel free to rebut this..but go easy on the BS....we don't like that on this board...
