You are looking at this from the wrong angle.First of all 1) Zander is able to raise this $350,000 thru private placements.Since Zander's value is 100 % tied to Regen's Intellectual Properties, this fact speaks volume for Regen.
2)Koos would know the progress with Regen and the planned release of any updates/ news.Zander's ownership in Regen ( especially at a discount ) is a great investment for Zander and confirmation that Regen's progress is solid.
