It's a metaphor. in replacement of any moment, though it doesn't fit in our case, tsunami is another, and I question that one also, after seeing the recent tsunami that killed 1500 people and left a trail of destruction in its climax. It is just a post, see it as you like, take it for what it's worth. It becomes almost incessant, hearing it over and over. The BIEL board is idle and posters make the news, sometimes it's really good and even moves the pps. Have a great day
