It’ll take awhile to reach $.002 pre-RS (and that’s my thoughts about the lowest). The reason for the drop in PPS pre-RS is nobody wants to ride they and lose control post RS. It takes 1 to 2 weeks for each broker to exchange the shares and they usually disallow trades (sells) until then. I rode through one once and talk about crappy feeling as it continues south post RS and you can’t get out if you want to.
