the matter that has me concerned is " nonbinding agreement" with sound concepts. can anyone clarify what this means? also, I think momentum does matter- a positive follow through from Friday would there is genuine interest in the stock. I want to buy at .75-.80. some momentum is needed just my opinion. ty
