I've been here for 3 years. I'm still long and IDCC is my biggest position. I'll stand by my points expecting better and faster execution from this team. It is my right as an investor to expect the team to execute accordingly.

I'm sure many people disagree and that is fine with me. If status quo serves you well so be it. My only point is I want to see more action in light of the recent downgrades. I'm disappointed in the number of milestone accomplishments since the "Water Shed" event happened in March. It is clear that NOKIA and SAMSUNG are beyond the control of this team but I fully expected that we would see progress on numerous fronts like LG, LU, NT, PANASONIC, FUJITSU, PALM, IFX, etc.., etc.
