Curtiss Wright spent $42,000,000($100,000,000 today's money) in research and development of rotary engine and patents. after that, Deer got those patents, and they spent additional $70,000,000(150,000,000 in today's money) for r&d. and Webber is the sole owner of those patents. and he can make those engines work with the ceramic guys, and his patented engine control unit. and ecmh is debt free. do ecmh shareholders own those patents also roughly $300,000,000, or is it just Webber
