The problem with R/S's is that retail loses control of their shares for from my experience usually about 2 weeks. It usually takes about that long for the TA to settle up with all the Brokers ... ETrade ... TD ... etc.

Until that happens you can not trade your shares ... so whether it goes up or down you can not sell ... you can only buy ... not having control of your shares after a R/S is the point that makes it shty ... shorters usually attack so it will probably get crazy :)
