As previously stated in press and on twitter, the Company has received a high volume of correspondence from parties interested in opening Snakes and Lattes locations and has only met with and vetted a small portion to date.

The next stop for the US Expansion Team will be Las Vegas on September 7th and 8th to meet with an investor who is prepared to fund a location in the desert oasis.

The Vegas location will likely be a large-scale endeavor and the availability of an appropriate venue will determine the build out date. We will provide updates on this initiative as it develops.

The Company has received firm commitments to open retail locations in Charlotte, North Carolina and Houston, Texas. A Letter of Intent (LOI) has been received by the landlord, and discussions are proceeding to determine which unit within the property will be selected.

The Company is pleased to announce that Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado have now been approved by a previous investor for funding as corporate locations.
