Thanks Scruff and Stockman for you help. I can only assume at this point that brokerages are at least operationally limited to trading UOIP in-house, meaning that it's possible but not worth the effort/ cost to involve other brokerages.

And I am also inclined to take it as a positive sign that since my bid of .0185 was not filled, while others were filled much lower throughout the day, along w/ the lower daily volumes, that demand is greater than supply. And if so, as shares continue to be held tightly by longs, the ongoing pps could become quite interesting here as we wait for settlement or buy-out or trial. Patience and good luck all!
