If you are a company looking to market and distribute a product
Would you invest in a product that has proven sales to the target demographic?
Or a product that has no sales over 10 years and the company lost money each quarter?
And even if you went with the latter option which is extremely unlikely..
What would you place the value at the company at?
What is worth more? A company with proven sales to the target demographic or a company with no sales?
