I'm not sure what language you're speaking, but there's nothing in the release that says that Malibu Health Technologies is a private company. There is also no company going by that name that is registered in California ("a California based revenue generating OMEGA-3 product and technology").

You are comparing a supplement (does it have a name?) to a drug candidate. Supplements aren't in any pharmaceutical "space". Supplements can't provide "efficacy" and if ANY literature is produced that suggests that this one does the FDA will be all over Seth Shaw (and you, if you're acting on his behalf) like white on rice.
