Don't know if you know any of this but I will try and give an update.
Barrick got the injunction lifted and have now left Chile
They sold all of the mining equipment and have an exit strategy in place.
Barrick has removed Pascua from their Q3 report and it is now just Lama.
The BCSC had a hearing in June with MSX and lied that they knew nothing about being asked to go to Chile.
BCSC has hired the most expensive law firm in Chile to do everything so that they wont have to go.
Time will tell. I heard they have to be in Chile around Oct 22 but waiting for confirmation.
MSX has a hearing with the BCSC on Oct 18 and we will see if they lie again about Chile or if they come clean.
Their lies are so think over MSX and Chile I really dont know how it will finalize.
The BCSC has had proper paperwork going back to 2015 and will not honor it and say that it is a forgery but have never done anything to confirm.
So this continues on.
