How is requesting better execution BASHING?

I run my own company and have for many years. I have employees who are very good at what they do. When they drop the ball I ask them to step up and deliver better.

Now I/We are owners of IDCC. Asking them for better execution is no different than asking employees to step up and produce in a more effective manor. I have a choice in running my business. I can either loose my clients or ask more from my employees. If they need help to deliver it is my responsibility to provide the resources.

I use TC and Marsela as measuring sticks. If was bashing I'd be calling for COB removal, I am not. I'm calling for accelorated action in light of the Nokia delay and the 2 analyst downgrades. This I feel will sit better with analysts and institutions the groups we need if IDCC will get to the next level.

And I'm not selling just like I'm not firing people who take too long on projects. I'm calling for more action. PERIOD.
